One of Chandler’s up-and-coming clubs is the FBLA Club. FBLA stands for Future Business Leaders of America and helps high school students be prepared for careers in business with academic competitions, educational programs, and leadership development. Kaycee Palmer is co-sponsor of the FBLA club here at Chandler High with Sean Robison, who has been running the club for a few years. They are divided into two chapters, one being graphic design and the other a game design portion, but both work together to create a full experience.

FBLA also holds fundraisers and attends events. Althea Ampo, President of FBLA said, “We are also planning things such as trunk or treat, giving out trinkets, and more things that help build the community.” On October 16, 2023, FBLA will be going to the Suns game and touring their arena to see their marketing, graphic design, and business operations. While also being fun, they give access to screen printing machines for designing posters, shirts, and more. Participating in this club can help give off a good impression to college admissions officers, and also give you a head start on future career opportunities and ideas. It is a great learning experience and enhances leadership skills.
