On August 29, 2024, the Chandler High Wolves faced off against Cesar Chavez in an exciting football game that ended with a score of 27-18, in favor of the Wolves. However, the outcome of the game was not clear throughout the match. It wasn’t until the fourth quarter that the Wolves turned the tide, defended their end zone, and secured the victory. In this photo, it is evident that Cesar Chavez scored a touchdown. From the expressions on the players’ faces to the reactions of the spectators by the fence, one can imagine the range of emotions felt by everyone as they witnessed the unfolding scene.

Kiley Jacobson is a junior at CHS, and this is her second year writing for the Wolf Howl. Kiley will be this year’s Sports Editor and Photography Manager. She loves Newspaper for the sense of community that it brings. She is a die-hard fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota teams in general due to her family ties there. “This year is for sure their year!” Kiley claimed in a recent interview. Kiley is also active on campus in many activities, ranging from NHS, IB program, Digital Communications, and a position on the Varsity Swim team. Kiley is extremely dedicated to her job and can’t wait to see what this year holds for her.
